    Pros

Professional work environment. Can work independently. Can take on as much responsibility as you can handle.

    Cons

Used to be a little of a sink or swin environment for new staff......

I worked at KPMG US full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get condescending looks. They are NON-inclusive.
Managers and co-workers are sarcastic, oh...boy even sadistic and they supposedly know-all. They are GODS you see [they stayed in the city they grew up in] and assumption is second nature to them.

    Cons

No work-life, its a hoax. Not at all supportive to working mothers [its a shame], your 20s something staff makes mothers at work feel like they dont belong there every second [what a shame again], they gossip to no end, even your tween management who is typically single with an attitude problem with no signs of maturity and this is a NON-flexible work arrangement throughout.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Getting promoted is not an indicator of maturity and good judgement skills. Some of your managers are incompetent and your established seniors play politics and make new seniors from outside the organization look stupid. They are highly insecured and have narrow hippocampuses and hipothalmuses. Refer them to a good neurologist.
