Cons

lots of work, long hours.... overtime.... dedication and flexibility needed - of course no work life balance

    Interesting work; interaction with senior employees and clients; excellent compensation; relative flexibility for vacation; travel if desired.

    long hours; super long hours; really inhumane hours at some times; sometimes engagements are not as glamorous as one would want.
