I have been working at KPMG US full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get a lot of exposure to a lot of different things. Annual training was good. Chance to network was good. Great opportunities for career advancement. 5 weeks PTO starting off.

    Cons

High stress. Long busy season. Long hours. Management will tell you one thing and do the opposite. If you don't get promoted on schedule, then you might be stuck for a long time in the same spot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you say you are going to and actually care about your employees.

I worked at KPMG US as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Good people to work with, easy hours, good training

    Cons

Much of the work was not stimulating, they promised a switch to something more interesting and never came through

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let go of your most highly rated interns so easily
