I have been working at KPMG US full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits: 5 weeks of paid vacation plus additional holidays. Company tries to hold fun events. Each employee given a PML to help with transition, reviews, etc.

    Cons

Little room for growth. Limited direction and very limited mentoring. Office is extremely quiet, very little interaction with coworkers which can make for a long, almost isolated day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide better mentoring to new staff. Be more inclusive of staff, instead of merely focusing on managers/directors.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
