I have been working at KPMG US full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Great people
    - Ok culture
    - Incredible knowledge within the firm and its people

    Cons

    - Very low salary increases for the last 3 years (less than 8% irrespective of rating and promotion) - colleagues leave for 20% to 80% higher salaries at competitive companies
    - Uninspiring senior leadership
    - Encourage communication from staff, but deliver on addressing concerns raised as promised

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I urge that you stop miss-treating your staff and ignoring their concerns. Tackle the difficult concerns staff raise around career progression and salaries not being market related, rather than avoiding them!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
