    Pros

Great client base, excellent internal learning and training resources, knowledgeable directors and partners.

Consulting business tied to much to the audit lines of business and mentality of doing things. Loss preservation vs Value Creation led to some internal friction among divisions and groups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work harder to make cutting edge technologies and tools available to your consultants. Break away form the old audit mentality and focus on generating value as a true trusted advisor.
