    Pros

You will learn a lot in a short amount of time. You will not have a problem getting a job if you ever decide to leave because anyone who has worked for a Big 4 accounting firm has what it takes to work anywhere.

    Cons

It's great when you are young and single to work a lot and put in your dues but when you have a family, work/life balance is more of a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Preaching the work/life balance is one thing, practice is another.

    Pros

The learning experience, education and training is great and will help you tremendously for your future work life.

    Cons

I is very difficult to maintain your work life balance, long working hours and overtime is not rare, open workspace culture is something you need to get use to but a lot of companies go towards this. Management is not ver open for change and sometimes lack of communication about business decisions etc.
