I worked at KPMG US full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Quick learning
    - Fast career growth
    - Nice colleagues
    - Good place to start your career after investment banks and top tier management consulting companies

    Cons

    - All depends from local partners and in fact the company is not global at all. The more local country is undeveloped, the worst conditions the company offers (not only in terms of salary)
very often it results in "squeeze out" of employees
    - Very high turnover
    - Week talent retential, very very high turnover of employees
    - No work life balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay attential to talent retention as people is the only asset you have

I worked at KPMG US full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Pay and benefits and decent.

    Cons

Management lie to job candidate to get them in the door. Once in, management use manipulative tactics to manage them. Once in you soon lesrn thsat people are beaten up badly as a result of political infighting. In most cases the management dont support their staff so they feel on their own. Many keep their heads low and dont go the extra mile in fear of stepping on a political pand mine.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
