    Pros

KPMG is a decent platform to start the career path. You could learn a lot of things if you have initiatives.

    Cons

The payoff is relatively low. Employees are just like part of a machine. And people could hardly express their uniqueness. Work/life balance could be guaranteed.

I worked at KPMG US full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. work with different team members and clients which can definitely improve your communication skills; 2, get a chance to walk through clients' internal controls; 3. ability of multi-tasks will be greatly enhanced.

    Cons

    1. on-site coaching is very important for juniors while some seniors are busy working their own working paper which leads to heavy work load when reviewing juniors' working paper; 2, when working in group project, consolidating team will have to spend great amount of time to stand by, waiting for numbers from other teams, it's a waste of time.

Time management can be improved to be more efficient.
