I have been working at KPMG US

Pros

-varied work experiences
-smart and committed coworkers
-lots of vacation (when you can take it)
-flexibility to work non-traditional schedules

Cons

-less visonary than other firms and behind technologically
-it's public accounting, so work you hard and churn you out
-like all firms, have trouble keeping the best and getting rid of the rest, so average performers rule the roost

Advice to ManagementAdvice

why role out eAudit half-baked? 10 years too late and looks like it's going to be another failed attempt to catch the other firms
