    Pros

Good pay Good benefits It's a job ;-) Voted "Best Place to Work"

    Cons

Environment is too Silo'd Too many Poor performers are let to ride the system Network Services Management is clueless Moral in the work place is not good Not afraid to spend member capitol (or waste) on hardware Too much Good ole boys, or peter principle at it's best!! HR is only there to protect that so called great place to work

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to have some sort of direction and just not spend all those dollars pilfered from all the members. No wonder health care costs are so high. Too much separation between those who do the job and clueless managers. How can a first line manager be a Senior manager?
