Former Employee – worked at Kaiser Permanente as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – KP cares more about patients more than the bottom line. Benefits and vacation time are amazing. If you have a family, everybody there is very family oriented and is very flexible
Cons – Like all big organization, there is office politics.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue what you are doing.
