“Great Company”
Current Employee – been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good people to work with. Lots of positive people willing to contribute and make a difference. A great breadth and depth of skills within the organization
Cons – Alignment of work is a big issue. Lots of times you may be working on something only to find out that someone at another location is working on the exact same thing. This can be frustrating when the organization is misaligned.
Advice to Senior Management – Get the work aligned and speed up the rate of change. People on the front line are ready for the change but management is dragging it out.
