KP is a great company to work for. Employees have a clearly defined career path and have the opportunity to pick new skills.

Cons

As with any large organization, KP does have some opportunities for improvement. The organization should make the mid-senior managers more accountable - Currently that is lacking.

Advice to Senior Management

The organization has become so big that simple decisions take a long time. The structure should be streamlined to allow Kaiser to be a leader in the Healthcare Industry.
