As with any large organization, KP does have some opportunities for improvement. The organization should make the mid-senior managers more accountable - Currently that is lacking.

The organization has become so big that simple decisions take a long time. The structure should be streamlined to allow Kaiser to be a leader in the Healthcare Industry.
