Current Employee – been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – There are a lot of growing opportunities. They have a rich benefit package which includes vacation, life balance, and sick time off.

Cons – It is a union job and when wanting to promote to a union position, at times they will consider the person with seniority versus the one that is more knowledgeable.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
