Great benefits and good work life balance. Interesting projects to work on but very difficult to mobilize senior leadership to support initiatives.

Cons

Much of the management and leadership needs to retire, which is expected in the next 7-10 years. Once Kaiser has some more effective individuals running the organization, it might be a worthwile place to work.

Advice to Senior Management

Kaiser should work to incorporate 360 reviews into the performance management process and have this be tied to incentive / compensation plans.
