    Pros

    Pay and benefits were good. Training and education for staff and managers encouraged and supported.

    Cons

    Too many dissatisfied patients, high turnover, high acuity. Too many staff nurses and managers overworked, with little resources.

    Your staff nurses are overworked and are in need of assistants.
