Current Employee – been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than a year
Pros – I love working at Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. As a recruiter, it is my job to target and help to hire the best talent on the planet. With Kaiser Permanente's innovative technology, top healthcare genius and award winning adminstrative and medical teams it is a challenge to keep up. But the healthcare industry will be experiencing a great deal of change in the next few years so we will be hiring many more qualified people. So we need to start getting your resume and CV's ready now. Join the team.
Cons – I could always use a raise in salary.
