I have been working at Kaiser Permanente (more than a year)

    Pros

People here are very friendly, and have a big believe in the vision of the organization. The level of experience and professionalism for majority of employees is high and you can learn something new almost everyday and from every interaction.

    Cons

Although the organization is trying to consolidate, the large size and number of employees can be a problem. Complexity of the organization processes can be a challenge in the first couple of months, but soon you will learn that each step in the process is very important to succeed.
