    Pros

High quality professionals; excellent salary and benefits; great location; opportunity for career advancement; on-going educational opportunities; excellent leadership at KP

    Cons

Such a large organization with three distinct entities: health plan, hospitals and physician group that you would expect decision-making process to be slower than at other organizations

  2. Helpful (4)

Politics galore, upwardly mobile management only concerned with their own well-being

I worked at Kaiser Permanente as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Great salary, great coworkers, nice to be part of a good cause and a good company that is doing great things for their respective regions.

    Cons

Why do some workers have 3+ bosses?! I don't need to be told I need improvement in a general sense by 3 or more people. This does nothing to improve my performance. Why are these people getting paid again?

    Advice to Management

Stop it. Just stop it. The games. The overtly serious tone and looks in meetings. Unless you're a doctor saving a patient's life, really. You work in an office. Your work isn't life or death. KNOCK. IT. OFF.
