Current Employee - Supply Chain in Clackamas, OR

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time (more than a year)

Pros

The medical benefits- job security being uniion.

Cons

Being union with so many that have more seniority makes it difficult to get time off or a shift you would prefer. People use being in a union as a clutch to do what they want and to not work hard.
