A Great organization to work for

Medical Assistant (Current Employee)

I have been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 3 years

ProsKaiser values their employees.
Fair compensation with an annual bonus plan.
Plenty of opportunity to move around within the organization.
The majority of the employees are great to work with.

ConsLike a lot of big companies the bureaucracy can sometime be challenging to deal with.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep on "Kaisering"

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
