I have been working at Kaiser Permanente as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I had an amazing manager and mentor. I was given great opportunities and got to network with senior management. Their intern program is constantly growing and improving. I was hired for the summer after my freshman year of college. I learned a great deal about corporate culture, working in teams and on multiple projects, presenting, and communicating effectively. I took initiative by finishing work early and diligently, so my mentor gave me numerous opportunities by adding me to various projects. I really felt like I contributed to the company. Great experience overall!

    Cons

The work and culture is a little slow-paced, but if you take initiative, they'll give you more work to do.
