Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kaiser Permanente as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

i was part of a good team, with a respectful supervisor, in a well paid professional long term creative department

Cons

my employment was a short term contract through a temp agency and was not renewable. other team members were permanent employees and there was a gap

Advice to Management

extend opportunities to contractors, this would bridge the divide between temp and long term salaried employees

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

KP people really want to do the right thing. Personal motivation is very good.

    Cons

Leadership has gotten signifcantly worst in the 10 years I was there. Leadership is so busy playing politics with each other (they don't like each other much) all their activities become focused about claiming victory vs. actually getting the work done.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking yourselves so seriously; you really aren't very good. Focus on deeds not words. I was so tired of the next town hall internal marketing events! Hold the leaders accountable!
