Kaiser Permanente Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Kaiser Permanente

Pros – Great team work, good compensation, opportunities for growth,

Cons – Too many managers and at the end of the day you don't know what they do. There is too much emphasis placed on doing the "right thing". Its all about the numbers and managers have few time to meet the employees. Senior management doesn't seem to leave the glass towers and policies are just issued through office email and mid-level managers.

Advice to Senior Management – Promotions should come from within the department. And also there is too many managers who don't seem to know what they are doing.
