I have been working at KapStone Paper and Packaging full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are decent.

    Cons

Have seen long time employees fired for virtually no reason, just cut backs. No one has job security at this company. Upper management tries to micro manage and does not let local managers run their departments. No real opportunity for advancement.

If you hire managers to run departments let them do their jobs.
