    I worked at Kaseya full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    There were some great people there in the trenches. But management and the direction of the company was horrible. Going to work was not fun, you couldn't make a difference.

    Cons

    Poor management. Poor communication. Poor explanation on our stock and it's value. Lots of employee churn. There was a watch your back mentality. Not honest. The previous CEO seemed like he was only looking out for himself.

    Now that there is new management, change everything!

    Pros

    Good worker bees. Good technology.

    Cons

    Product development couldn't deliver a pizza on time, let alone any updates or new products. Ineffective marketing, development, and executive management. A bunch of "yes" men to the CEO. Sales teams are asked to change direction every quarter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Deliver product when you say you are, get an updated marketing message that speaks to real world customers, have a sales strategy longer than 3 months.
