Bosses never bothered you, they let you do your job without being mircomanagers

    -Lots of freedom and ability to set your own schedule
    -Customers who understand the business and who are willing to listen to your ideas
    -Potential to make a substantial income if you have a good relationship with management
    -Decent Health benefits

    Cons

    -Sometimes you would get new items that were a hard sell depending on your account

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -The Sales Reps know which items are going to sell and which items will end up as credits
    -The company has lots of Talented individuals including those not in upper management

    I worked at KeHE Distributors full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Set own Hours
    -Enjoying meeting and keeping great firendships.

    Cons

    -Southeast Supervisor managed on fear and intimidation.
    -Supervisor never came out in the field.
    -Had no field support
    -Supervisor always sided with Store personnel without knowing the facts.
    -Supervisor gave reviews as if you were working side by side
    -Commission's were cut in half and mileage in half.
    -Good old boy system of promotion in the field.
    -It was Tree of like against Kehe. They run as two separate companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Supervisors need to be in the Field more.
    -Sales people need to feel like we have support.
    -Looking into Supervisors work ethic within the company
    -Let employees rate there Supervisors work.
