Upper management needs training

I have been working at Keiser University full-time for more than a year

ProsThe focus really is on the students and their success

ConsPoor technology, no communication between management and staff. Campus president never acknowledged me for six months. Has an open door policy with a closed door. Top management is penny wise and pound foolish.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe hour glass design of management is very inefficient.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
