As an instructor with over twenty years of hands on experience, I have never endured or recieved as much disrespect

ProsThe opportunity to coach and guide rookies and veterans in the nuances of the culinary/hospitality world; in all aspects

ConsPoor oversight from supervisor's. Many times a blatant ignoring of proper procedures and handling of employees

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to, Learn, Understand, and Respect your labor force and how to beneficially utilize their abilities. DO NOT listen to ONLY the department head. He's NOT always on the front line, which deminishes his insight

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
