Great culture- nice and helpful people-fun

Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) Maple Grove, MN

ProsFun office environment where you can still make friends even though you're self employed. Staff is awesome and freakishly upbeat. They have lots of free classes and training, constant happy hours etc for people to get involved in. There is a culture of working hard but putting God/family first and of helping one another.

ConsOccasionally it seems like bigger/more successful agents get more praise. They may need to hire more staff because of the increasing number of agents in this particular office.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more staff before it becomes an issue and don't play favorites.
