Pros

they give you total freedom, not pressure to produce

Cons

not much guidance to succeed either but that is real estate firms in general. They do not give leads.

Advice to Management

pass along leads as I know they come in. pass along in a fair manner.

    Pros

A culture of caring, learning, and accomplishment. Evident in the high professional standards, integrity, and teamwork of the sales associates and staff in their willingness to assist one another and visitors with courtesy and efficiency. A myriad of training, tools and systems to raise sales associates skills to their next personal level of production. Focus on giving back to the community, doing community service events and charitable giving/fundraisers. Priorities of: God, Family, and Business.
Finally, a business model that treats sales associates as business partners by capping their costs while sharing office profits, and with the most generous compensation plan in the real estate business.

    Cons

Sometimes light staffing due to high volume low margin business model.

    Advice to Management

recruit and train more listing focused sales associates
