    Advice to ManagementAdvice

KBB has a great history and culture, but the biggest mistake they did was letting AutoTrader acquire them. In the past year and half since its acquisition, AutoTrader has sent its people in to fill as many vacancies as possible and instituted many top-down decisions that are resulting in a rapid change to the KBB culture.

KBB is rapidly moving from a fast-paced, get it done quickly approach to one of endless documents and presentations. You could really thrive in the old environment. Really sad that is slowly going away. Many people are already leaving, and with them a wealth of talent and knowledge. Benefits and work/life balance were good, but I expect that to change too. The old KBB will be missed.

Advice to management - Let the spirit of KBB continue! Promote from within KBB, not just send people from Atlanta to fill all of our vacancies. Trust the KBB team to do the right thing. Stop second guessing every little thing that KBB does.
