    I worked at Kellogg Company

    Pros

The company overall has a good reputation, however the Rossville, TN location has a long way to go to get things on track. It was a mess. The new plant manager is trying hard to make things change, but it is critical to the success of the operation to have managers own up to their responsibility. The quality issues are also in total disarray due to poor leadership.

    Cons

Lack of training in every department

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is important to hold managers accountable for their responsiblities. Are you bringing in change agents & leaders or people who just want to get paid?? How important is training to the success of the operation? People are overworked, overpaid and undertrained.

I have been working at Kellogg Company

    Pros

    Umm...I can't tink of any!

    Cons

    1. Very little time off. Even during scheduled days off we are usually called in, or "drafted."
    2. Supervisors are not held accountable for their actions.
    3. Supervisors talk down to employees and are disrespectful.
    4. Long work hours.
    5. There is no training program; we are expected to know every aspect of our job the minute we walk in the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some time in the plants. Don't implement 12 hour work day scheduling if we're still going to be drafted on our days off.
