I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Kellogg is a 100 year old company that requires entrepreneurs and innovators. The business is transitioning from a US-centric organization towards a global player. This means emerging markets, new categories, and probable acquisitions.

Cons

Processes are weak or non-existent in many areas. Building relationships is vital to overcome this. It is through relationships that you get the information and support needed because of the lack of process.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue moving forward, don't lose momentum. The vision and attitude of transformation is exciting and will move us towards great things.

Look elsewhere if you value peace of mind and satisfaction. Kellogg's places profit above people, and it shows

I have been working at Kellogg Company as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    None to speak of, sadly

    Cons

Culture of the company is severely disfunctional
    Zero work/life balance
    Constant Stress
    Terrible Management
    Hostile co-workers

The company values profits above people and cares little, if at all, about its employees morale and well being. The work/life balance is non-existant and the stress is constant. There is no passion nor energy here; everyone seems pretty universally checked out and depressed, besides senior management, who can pretty much do as they please.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the people underneath you. Treat your entry level and contract workers much better. Foster a culture of freedom and creativity, rather than mindless drudgery and busywork.

A ok place to work, just need to give part-time employees more hours.

I have been working at Kellogg Company part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The Sales Manager go out of there way to help you get hours and the pay is really good.

    Cons

In Florida during season hours are very good, out of season the hours are very, very bad. You would be lucky if you got 10 hours.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
