I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

mon-fri work schedule, work independently, positive culture

Cons

Pressure to "hit a number" which can hurt customer relationships. Company seems like it is still trying to reinvent themselves despite being around for so long.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on running business more productively instead of chasing budgets, I think they are realizing this now and hope it continues.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some nice people to work with.....

    Cons

No work/life balance as told during recruitment. Mid and upper management unethical. Lead by fear and intimidation seems to be status quo.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good look into who is leading your sales staff. You just might realize that the wholesome family image you like to portray Brad is not how things really are
