I worked at Kellogg Company as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Laid-back, diverse, friendly. Everyone there is always smiling and being cheerful. Plus, it helps that Fridays the employees are allowed to wear jeans. Kellogg's has a lot of activities that encourages the casual climate going.

    Cons

Rigid in duties - tasks are limited and could get mundane (in Supply Chain department at least)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up whatever you are all doing! It was an amazing experience working there with such wonderful people and accepting culture.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Company car, not bad salary, but benefits are expensive and not good

    Cons

No life/work balance. If you Are a women don't expect any respect or trust. Men run the company and HR will not act in any way to help you. Sexual harassment is the norm, if that doesn't work. Hostile work environment will make you miserable. If that doesn't work they will find a way to get rid of you. Say nothing, jam yours stores and work 6 days and 80 hours, you'll be fine

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The retail sales manager and territory service managers are the only thing that makes them money. They grind them up and spit them out!
