I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Pay and benefits are average IT work life balance is good. Company is always trying to improve

Cons

Limited or very little career growth. Kellogg much rather hire from the outside than promote within.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on promoting within in IT and protect the people you want to keep. Be upfront and honest with the office moves and job reductions instead of creating mass hysteria.

Perception is that Kellogg is a good place to work. Reality is it is a cheap, penny wise and dollar foolish company.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

zero. zero. zero. No life, high expectations and VERY LOW WAGES!

    Cons

The actual work is FULL of safety hazard and injuries happen ALL the time. Back injuries, neck injuries, leg and ankle injuries. Just to name a few. The company has ZERO leadership. No one cares about the employees at the bottom. They make you buy a new car, put you 20,000 dollars in debt to work a 13 dollar an hour job, then lower your allowance on your car payment to satisfy the bottom line of the company. Total scam and a fraud.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leave. You are too weak to lead.
