I worked at Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

Pros

Fun and exciting place to work for a college student learning the hospitality industry. Great management and very flexible scheduling

Cons

The pay is not very good at all, very near minimum wage. Uniforms are tacky and uncomfortable. Management treats student workers like little kids.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a stronger training program for newly hired employees to get them more oriented to the work environment at the Kellogg.

I have been working at Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

    Pros

If you are still a student it is a good place to work, upon graduation it is more of a detriment for you.

    Cons

You get paid a lot less than the amount of work carried out is worth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To listen to the input of the employees underneath them because the servers actually know whats going on because they are the ones serving.
