Kellogg – “Kellogg's is a good company to work for”
Pros
Open and honest, easy to get time off, management was helpful when work/life balance was needed. Overall, they did a good job of commincating
Cons
Promotions were far and few, depending on if you were under a manager that liked to promote or liked you! It wasn't rocket science, if you want to be promoting, keeping you in the field for 3 years until you are "ready" is nonsense.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to work directly with their subordinates to actually understand how they perform in the field, not go on heresay. Promotions need to be more frequent and I don't beleive that we should be forced to work in the field forever in order to be promoted to the next level. It is not rocket science! A 6 yr old child could have done my job.
