Pros
Small company environment, operates efficiently for the most part
Cons
Too political. Also, not moving in the correct direction with regards to leadership roles
Advice to Senior Management
Adapt to change and stop playing favorites with making promotion decisions. Promote on skill, not based on meeting "quotas"
