The committment that leadership dipslays and the support that is given to Managers in getting the projects completed. The ability that indiviudals have to showcase their talents, and that talent being recognized. The level of committment from the Managers is perhaps the best I have seen among the 3 companies I have worked for in my 20 years of manufacturing experience. The drive and detremination they show in getting the needed business results is best practice.
Cons
The long hours, the work life balance is not what it should be for a Company that has a set of principles (K Values). The communication of the strategic vision from Corporate is not well communicated to the various Business Units and the interaction with Corporate is strained at times. The IT support is thin and the ability to have IT professionals interact on the production floor to help resolve issues does not exist, this slows down the return on investment that we need to deliver back to the Company.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep growing the business and continue to support the various business units and reinvesting the needed capital.
