Kellogg – “Best in Class”

Pros

They offer the best work/life balance. We get flex hours where we have 1/2 days on Fridays from Memorial Day to Halloween! They are always offering new ways for us to grow in our career and they make us feel like we ARE so appreciated. As a rep, we get a company car, cell phone and computer. They also award us by giving us contests to compete in. We also get to be a part of a National Sales Meeting. We have gone to Charleston, Orlando, Las Vegas and next we'll be at Chicago. We are often left voicemail messages from senior management thanking us for our conributions to the business as well as letting us know how much they appreciate our hard work. I feel very thankful to be a part of the Kellogg family.

Cons

I wish I was paid a bit more in my base salary.
