Cons

Health and other benefit rates are high and not competitive. Salary is often not competitive with other staffing agencies. Once an assignment is over (with little or no prior knowledge), it takes recruiters some time to find other assignments.

Advice to Senior Management

Have recruiters scout for jobs more aggressively. They appear lackadaisical about finding new opportunities.
