Pros

Kelly Services temporary jobs pay alright and once you get setup they pay promptly and without worry. They are always friendly and nice, but the great thing about temporary work through Kelly Services is you can do a variety of different type jobs.

Cons

While Kelly Services is supposed to be a temporary service. They also place people in more permanent positions. Be very careful here if you are looking for temp assignments as they really don't like it if they give you a long term assignment and you want to change. Once you get on their bad side you can pretty much forget them helping you find any more work.

Advice to Management

It would not hurt if management followed up with at least a few employees on each job to see if they had a good experience, were treated properly, and were interested in other work.

    Pros

There are many jobs that go through Kelly Services which make it easier to find placement for temporary and longer term contracts in a variety of fields. The staff at Kelly Services are pleasant and although the assessment phase is time consuming it does give your future employer a better picture of what you have to offer.

    Cons

To get job placements you have to call up every week. If on a long-term contract and your employer likes your work and adds more to the role it is harder to get a higher pay which would be more suitable for the new position.

    Advice to Management

When an employer switches the Kelly Services employee role renumeration should be re-evaluated .

    Pros

Paid training. They send you equipment to train and work on.

    Cons

Weekly exams. People were eliminated by week three. Have to have a landline phone and you may be stuck with the bill if you are cut off. Save yourself people!!

    Advice to Management

Stop using trick questions on the exams. Be fair and stop crushing dreams. Make sure exams are well written so people can stay on and do the work.
