My experience working for Kelly Services was not good either. They believe any lie the employer tells them and go to any length to please the clients. There is no respect for hard working honest employees. I too feel that they share comments about employee records with other agencies and prospective employers. I have seen employees placed by Kelly Services who walk into an assignment and have walked away from it with in hours of starting the assignment. When I joined Kelly Services, I was told that if I ever have any problems, I need to let them know and they will do everything to resolve the issue. But when the time came, I was told to ignore what was going on and may be the problems will go away.

I do not understand how reasonable is it for an employer to expect an employee to be committed, honest, hardworking etc. when they do not have any kind of consideration for the employee! When employees don't not feel secure and feel the need to watch their back constantly, they can not be expected to be committed.
