Kelly Services – “Find another scientific staffing company.”

Pros

They have been around for a while, so you can get placed in a job. The pay rate is very good in my opinion.

Cons

Communication between offices, satelite offices, client and employee (contractor) is poor. Benefits are also poor. Kelly does not have a good reputation at the company I am, therefore expectations of contracted employees is not high.

Advice to Senior Management

Train your staff to be more diligent and make sure they are really doing their job.
