I have been working at Kelly Services part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Lots of telemarketing jobs--if you want to work, there's always one of these jobs available

Cons

Low-paying; much more concerned about their client companies than Kelly employees even when told of client business practices that are unethical and the job has been misrepresented,

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't ignore employees who tell you of client practices that could result in that client--and possibly the Kelly employee--being fined for disregarding consumer privacy laws.

    I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits package but costly

    Cons

    Kelly's phylosophy is that if it works don't fix it. There are areas within the company that have never restructured and remain siloed into their seperate groups never interacting with the rest of the department. It needs a process makeover.

    Pros

    Pay weekly. Always seem to have work at large well known companies.

    Cons

    No sick pay. No holiday pay for six months. Low wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just make sure your on site managers are attentive to the workers.
