Kelly Services – “Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services”

Pros

Kelly is a great place to get your foot in the door (entry-level) of the staffing world. They are a well respected staffing company, and probably the best staffing company that I have seen. Provide great customer service. Consistently score great in regards with temp employee satisfaction.

Cons

Slow to change, conservative business philosophy. Not a lot of career advancement opportunties or opportunity to grow outside of said job description. Out-dated views on the way work can be performed- not a lot of opportunity to telecommute, flex schedules, etc. Very rigid.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open to change, it is 2010, time to keep up with other companies in the way business is conducted, as well as the way employees are treated.
