    Pros

Provides a stable paycheck. There are medical benefits, as well as paid vacation and holidays. However, the pros stop there.

    Cons

Very poor and lazy management. No room to move up. You are just a number to them. The turnover is huge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like humans instead of robots.

I worked at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

nice computers , nice clinical environments ,believes health through prevention and early treatment
Some very nice physicians giving excellent care

    Cons

Health is important except for employees who are harassed and threatened with termination when having surgery or chemotherapy. Disconnected upper management, corrupt middle management with useless HR dept at every level cripple workers at the patient level.
Has history of financial mischief in regards to employees.By refusing to deal with manager who bullies employees is endorsing hostile work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review your mission statement then clean house in middle management and HR. Profits will shoot up immediately .
